In the context of a 5-day retreat next to Aix-en-Provence, southern France, Martin Kvist and Vanille Siméon will be giving acroyoga & partner acrobatics workshops in the inspirational dome of Layama center.
Those workshops are open to external students (ie not participating to the full retreat).
Martin and Vanille will be teaching a mix of fun partner acrobatics, handstands and therapeutic flights. It will be about fun drills, playful tricks and funcky transitions, pushing our boundaries and defying gravity. It will also and mainly be about authenticity, respect, and ultimately trust and balance. Our acro practice nurtures relationships in ways that are healthy and beneficial. Our acro defines our capacity to explore, listen and connect. To give and receive… Wait a minute!? Let’s give even more and receive even more. What if we all grow together?
