“This work is dedicated to the Divine mudra called nowadays khecari. It is rst of all my witnessing and the detailed account of my personal experience of khecari mudra. I am using a certain number of technical terms belonging to the yoga lexicon that I will not de ne here, since this document is designed for committed yoga practitioners and for those who teach yoga in its traditional form. However it is possible that it will inspire some beginners, in that case they will have to search for more detailed explanations in works introducing to yoga or by contacting me personally, which is mostly welcome…. “
